Booking our cleaning service is pretty easy. You can either call us or text us a message at 0467 840 087 to book our service.


What happens once I book your cleaning service?

Once you book our service, you will receive a confirmation email, which will mention the cleaning services you have booked us for and the appointment time. This implies we have acknowledged your booking and our cleaners will visit as per the schedule.


Do you offer pet-friendly services or use non-toxic cleaning supplies?

Yes. We do offer pet-friendly cleaning services. The cleaning supplies we use are either the best products from renowned brands, or organic cleaning supplies, which are safe for your assets, the environment and the health of your family members as well as pet(s).


Do we offer deep cleaning?

Yes! We offer deep cleaning if your property needs it. Our cleaners are well trained and qualified, and we have the best deep cleaning equipment that will help us deliver spotless deep cleaning that will leave you 100% satisfied.


Do you need us to be at home when you conduct the cleaning?

Technically no! As all our cleaning professionals are not only skilled and competent, they are reliable and safe as well, as all are background-checked. However, we would prefer your presence at home when we clean, as we may need your consent or may have to explain certain things during our cleaning.


What will be your charge of cleaning my home?

That will entirely depend on the overall size of your home we clean and the extent & type of cleaning your home will need. It will also depend on the number of professionals we will have to employ for comprehensive cleaning of your property to your satisfaction.


Can I cancel the booking if I develop any issues after I book your service?

Yes. However, you need to inform us about your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise 50% of the service will be applicable.


How will you estimate the cost?

Once you book our service, our experts will make a free, pre-cleaning inspection to ascertain your cleaning needs and the type of tools, cleaning supplies and number of people we need to involve. This will also determine the cost. However, our house cleaning starts from the rate of $65 per hour including GST.


Do you need to take preparatory steps before cleaning?

Yes. Before cleaning, we would remove the removable furniture and fittings so that we get maximum open areas to clean and to manoeuvre our cleaning equipment. This helps us to conduct a comprehensive cleaning.


How often should I summon you for professional cleaning?

That depends on your lifestyle, the number of members you have in your family, presence or absence of kids and pets and the likes. Nevertheless, we would recommend cleaning your property once to twice a month for keeping your property clean.
